We can not be “Maryland Strong” without our houses of worship reopening. Regardless of your personal belief system, ALL houses of worship are incredibly important and will help us to regain a sense of community faster than opening up parks, recreational facilities or other businesses. My New Years 2020 post concerned the book of Job and what we MUST do to be blessed in the New Year. Yesterday, Baltimore surpassed the record for the number of murders in our city. Three hundred and forty seven people have lost their lives – sons, daughters, children, the elderly – no one has escaped this plague of violence. If Mayor Pugh refuses to resign, there is a way out of this mess – Healthy Holly’s Constitutional Solution. The entire Baltimore City Council has asked for her immediate resignation in writing, and last evening, the Baltimore City Delegation of the Maryland General Assembly held a press conference in Annapolis to also ask for the Mayor’s resignation.
